Thank you for making an initial enquiry with us. Here at The Stables Restaurant we have been welcoming guests for over 40 years and truly believe there is no substitute for experience. We will work hard to ensure that your group booking is an enjoyable one.
We also believe that each group will have different requirements and therefore the following menus are only suggestions, which have worked well for other groups, but may not be what you are looking for, if that is the case we will be happy to tailor make arrangements to your own specifications. Cullen Skink - a rich creamy fish and potato soup
Crowdie potato Cake - pattie of smoked ham, onion and potato
Seasonal Melon with a Glayva whisky liqueur and butterscotch coulis

Chicken Highlander - freshly roasted breast of Chicken stuffed with locally "caught" haggis, with a cream sauce

Leg of Lamb - whole joint of Scotch lamb braised in a red wine gravy

Prime Scotch Sirloin Steak - cooked to your preference and served with your choice of diane or pepper sauce
